I’m very happy I found Pacific Bakery.  I have a young son with ADHD and was told by his Dr. to feed him as much natural food as possible.  The symptoms of ADHD are increased by all the processed junk and chemicals found in most foods.  I needed something organic and that tasted good enough for a 7 year old to like.  Although there are plenty of “organic” bread options out there, I found that Pacific Bakery is the most natural and highest quality. Pacific Bakery bread contains no additives or preservatives that seem to effect my son.  I didn’t have to move mountains for my son to eat it either, he loves the sourdough and spelt toasted with PBJ.  Thanks Pacific Bakery.  Now my son has a filling, healthy bread in the morning that keeps him full until lunch without having him bounce off the walls from all the chemicals.

Pacific Bakery has literally been a Godsend for me. After searching everywhere for a Soy free bread and not finding it; from Supermarkets, to even two local bakeries in my area who refused to bake without Soy , I finally stumbled onto Pacific Bakery. I was skeptical seeing as how I have contacted other on-line and long distance bakeries before (some who refused to even respond, and some who refused to ship to my location). Yet Pacific Bakery has come through in spades!  Their prices are good and shipping is quick and affordable. The taste and consistency of their bread is also quite excellent! I thought I would either have to give up on bread entirely, or start baking my own, but Pacific Bakery has rescued me from both fates and brought the blessing of Soy free bread into my life. Now please excuse me whilst I have a slice or two.

Pacific Bakery has meant the world to me, out here in West Texas, where it is hard to find a QUALITY yeast free bread. They do have a variety of health food stores here in Lubbock, but their breads are mostly a dark quality grain and not tasty and like real bread like your white kamut. I have been on a very strict Candida diet for years, and panicked when I left the Dallas area where I could get a similar bread. When I discovered that I could order, get quality bread, and 2nd day air service from Pacific Bakery, I was very happy. Thanks for taking care of my needs over the years.

I just wanted to tell you again what a wonderful product you are putting out there. Several years ago, I was told to go on a low gluten diet. I tried many different breads and must say that without question yours had the best taste and the highest quality.
